Beehives Primitive Campground

Beehives Primitive Campground offers a rugged, back-to-basics escape located in the heart of the Southwest. Situated at an elevation of 3891 feet, this USFS-managed site provides a straightforward, no-frills experience for those looking to immerse themselves in the stark, beautiful landscape of the Arizona desert. With 21 designated sites available on a first-come, first-served basis, it serves as an excellent home base for adventurers exploring the surrounding region.

Each site is equipped with a picnic table and fire ring, providing the essentials for a comfortable outdoor stay. While the campground does not offer hookups, it remains accessible and includes ADA-compliant facilities to accommodate a variety of visitors. Please note that this is a pack-it-in, pack-it-out facility, and campers should be prepared to manage their own waste and supplies during their stay.
