Todd Harbor Campground

Todd Harbor Campground offers a unique, remote wilderness experience located on the rugged north shore of Isle Royale National Park. This federal campground, managed by the USFS, is tucked away off the Minong Ridge Trail, providing a secluded getaway for those looking to immerse themselves in the pristine beauty of the Great Lakes region. The site features one shelter and is perfectly positioned for those arriving by foot, canoe, kayak, or private boat.

The terrain is defined by its coastal setting, with a dock available for overnight boat stays that typically maintains a depth of two feet under normal conditions. Because this is a primitive, non-hookup site, it is best suited for experienced tent campers, paddlers, and backcountry hikers who are prepared for self-sufficient camping. Please note that a three-night stay limit is enforced between June 1 and Labor Day.

While the campground offers ADA accessible features and proximity to scenic hiking trails, visitors should be prepared for a rustic experience without modern utility hookups.
