El Morro Campground

This free, first-come, first-served campground provides a back-to-basics experience, featuring nine individual sites equipped with gravel tent pads, picnic tables, and ground grills for campfires. The campground is open year-round, making it a reliable stop for those exploring the region during any season. While centrally located water spigots are available during warmer months, please note that water is shut off when temperatures drop to freezing. The site layout is designed for smaller rigs, with a maximum vehicle length limit of 27 feet, and includes one ADA-accessible site to ensure inclusivity for all visitors.

Because there are no hookups, this location is best suited for tent campers and self-contained RV travelers who appreciate a rustic, quiet environment.
