Daisy Farm Campground

Daisy Farm Campground stands out as the largest camping destination within Isle Royale National Park. Situated along the scenic Rock Harbor Channel, this unique federal site is accessible only by foot, canoe, kayak, or private boat, offering a true wilderness escape. The campground is deeply integrated into the island's trail system, serving as a primary hub for those traversing the Rock Harbor, Daisy Farm, and Mount Ojibway trails.

Visitors will find a well-maintained site featuring sixteen individual shelters and a dock that accommodates overnight boat stays with a nine-foot depth under normal conditions. While the campground is open year-round, a seasonal ranger station provides additional support during the peak months. Please note that a three-night stay limit is strictly enforced between June 1 and Labor Day to accommodate the high volume of visitors during the summer season.
